IT Support Specialist Compensation
The pay for this position is $20.70 / hr
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
IT Support Specialist Highlights
Monday – Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
IT Support Specialist Responsibilities
Customer Interaction : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or on-site support to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
Collaboration : Work with Product Owners and Development Teams to understand both the business purpose and customer workflows, as well as the technical architecture behind applications.
Technical Development : Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of technical areas, staying updated on current trends and best practices.
Problem Solving : Use critical thinking skills to help build solutions that enable consistency and exceptional performance across the organization.
Support Functions : Provide Tier 0 / 1 application support, handling routine tasks, following established procedures, and assisting with technical problem resolution under direct supervision.
IT Support Specialist Requirements
High School Diploma.
0-2 years of IT or clinical setting experience preferred.
Some college or higher education preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Strong customer service.
Ability to perform technical troubleshooting for basic issues.
Experience with Tier 0 / 1 application support.
