Laboratory Manager Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $60-$65 per hour based on experience.
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Laboratory Manager Highlights

  • Shift Type : Days
  • Shift Time : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
  • Shift Notes : Monday - Friday - 40 hrs guaranteed
  • Weekend Requirements : As needed
  • On Call Requirements : As needed

    • Laboratory Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols
  • Manage laboratory staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
  • Monitor inventory levels and procure necessary supplies and materials
  • Oversee the adherence to regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Plan and manage laboratory budgets and financial reports
  • Coordinate with other departments or external stakeholders for project execution
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of laboratory results
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues within the lab
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and implement improvements or new technologies

    • Laboratory Manager Requirements

  • ASCP certification
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
  • 3 Years if experience – Required
  • 1 year of leadership - Required
