Human Resources Call Center Compensation
- The pay for this position is $15.14 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Human Resources Call Center Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position 9-5:30PM EST, 1 week training
- Fully Remote can reside in any time zone, must be committed to training schedule and work schedule.
- Monday-Friday, 2 shifts - 8:30-5 and 10-6:30, 30-minute unpaid break, no overtime
Human Resources Call Center Responsibilities
- This is a call center role, so the candidate must be comfortable with being on the phones very actively, talking and typing at the same time.
- Average calls are around 10 minutes, an average of 6-8 calls per hour - candidates fully be trained on how to manage calls and be provided with a guide.
- Serves as first point of contact for our leaders and colleagues by a centralized phone system, up to 100% of time. Review and assess inquiries to effectively resolve issues/concerns.
- Effectively leverage resources to achieve first contact resolution and provide initiative-taking support to colleagues
- Respond to colleague inquiries, escalating to the appropriate team for further review and consultation when necessary.
- Respond to general inquiries related to workforce reduction, escalating concerns where appropriate.
Human Resources Call Center Requirements
- 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Verifiable bachelor’s degree required.
- Will consider High School Diploma/GED plus years of experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
Human Resources Call Center Preferred
- Prior mentoring experience
- Solid real time problem solving and decision-making skills.
