The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)will be working for a correctional facility and has career growth potential. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Compensation
- The pay for this position is $55 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needsThe required availability for this position is 2nd shift, 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM, with an every-other-weekend requirement (40-hour guarantee)Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Responsibilities
Perform individual and group therapeutic interventions as appropriateConduct psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluationsPerform risk assessment and interventionProvide behavioral health consultation to members of the multi-disciplinary clinical team and correctional personnelProvide crisis intervention and de-escalation as neededSupport and / or direct care coordination efforts for patients returning to the community requiring ongoing behavioral health servicesInitiate, complete, and maintain patient treatment plansParticipate in team meetingsAssist in planning and implementing program goals and objectivesDirect special projects as requestedConduct in-service training programs and assist in the orientation of new staffPrepare documentation, records, and reports as neededFollow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as requiredOther duties as assigned by managementLicensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Requirements
