Manufacturing Assembler Compensation
- The pay for this position is $16.50 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Manufacturing Assembler Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is 8:00pm–8:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule (H Shift)
Manufacturing Assembler Responsibilities
- Perform tasks in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
- Conduct quality inspections in accordance with specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to quality guidelines
- Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
Manufacturing Assembler Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents in English
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using tools of measurement, such as microscopes
- Must be able to work flexible or extended hours and report to work regularly and punctually
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to adapt to different roles and work environments
