Medical Device Manufacturing Associate PAY RATE: $21.00 per hour
Multiple Shift Options available:
· 12:00am – 8:00am Sunday – Thursday
· 8pm-8am, 3-2-2-3 format
· 8am-8pm, 3-2-2-3 format
Location: Sumter, SC 29153
Medical Device Manufacturing Associate Job Summary:
· Performs any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment.
· May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
· Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.
Requirements:
· 2 years of manufacturing/assembly experience required
· Mechanical Troubleshooting/Experience
· Knowledgeable of feeler gauges and other tools to measure tolerances, torque, and clearances.
· Familiarity with cams, cam-followers, rod-ends, bushings, chain drives, conveyors, gear-boxes. Vacuum systems, pneumatic systems, ball-valves, and basic troubleshooting of same.
· Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 100 pounds
· High School Diploma / GED
