Medical Device Quality Assurance Technician Compensation

• The pay for this position is $23.50 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Medical Device Quality Assurance Technician Schedule

• 1sh shift: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Medical Device Quality Assurance Technician Responsibilities

·         This position reports to an Engineer within the Field Assurance Department. This department is responsible for fielding and processing of customer complaints about products.

·         The complaints may come from patients health care providers including physicians nurses or other health care staff.

·         This department investigates the root cause of failure and processes reports to regulatory authorities.

·         This position will be responsible for working in a laboratory environment processing returned medical devices.

·         Proper usage of personal protective equipment and biohazard lab safety practices is essential.

·         Candidates will also assist the complaints department with the daily processing of electronic records related to those complaints.

Medical Device Quality Assurance Technician Requirements

·         Associates degree or two years of experience within a regulated industry.

·         Preference for candidates with background in data entry processing analysis with a high degree of accuracy.

·         Medical device experience or Quality Assurance experience
