Location: Gallipolis, OH

Shift Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week; shift between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation: $71 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (Adult or Family) to provide healthcare services in a prison/corrections facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care in a structured environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of the patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Provide patient education on preventive care, treatment compliance, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies, legal regulations, and standards of care.
  
  

Required Education & Qualifications

• Registered as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Ohio Medical License.
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
