O365 Solution Architect - NO C2C

Title: O365 Solution Architect

Location: Akron, OH – Mostly remote, but may need to go onsite as well.

Rate: $90/hr

Note: This is a contract on W2. THIS IS NOT OPEN TO C2C.

Required Experience

• Technical Expertise:
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in technical solutions development using Microsoft platforms, with a focus on design, architecture, and deployment of messaging solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience in:
• Microsoft Office 365.
• Microsoft Core Infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, ADFS).
• Microsoft Messaging (Exchange 2003–2019).
• Microsoft Virtualization (Hyper-V and/or App-V).
• Windows 10 Desktop Deployment (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Windows Deployment Services).
• Microsoft System Center (SCCM, SCOM, SCSM, SCVMM).
• Microsoft SharePoint (2003–2013).
• Teams/OCS and SQL Server.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Online Services (Office 365 or Azure) preferred.
• Experience with Intune for Office 365.
• Consulting Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of solutions consulting, providing full-lifecycle technical leadership, from requirements gathering to implementation, transition, and operations.
• Comfortable working independently or in small team environments.
• Communication:
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to document efforts and processes to industry standards.
• Skilled in preparing and presenting solutions to diverse audiences, including lay users and C-level executives.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Agile lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience with:
• MS Teams Voice.
• Unified Messaging (UM) or voicemail platforms.
• Exposure to Microsoft enterprise services frameworks (SDM, MSSP, MOF) is a plus.
• Certifications:
• Exchange Ranger training.
• Microsoft Certified Architect.
• Office 365 MCSA.
• MCSE: Messaging.
• MCM Exchange.
