A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Pharmacy Technician in San Antonio . The Pharmacy Technician would be working for a Fortune 500 company with career growth potential. This would be full time / 40 hours per week.
Compensation
The pay for this position is $15 per hour at the start / paid bi-weekly
Weekdays. Monday - Friday, hours assigned by dept.
Responsibilities
Fill medication orders accurately and efficiently using the in-house system.
Checks all orders for completeness of information.
Ability to read and interpret prescriptions
Verifies patient information and proper physician authorization.
Checks all orders for insurance approval.
Calculates correct dosage volumes, converting between metric and apothecary equivalents.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon Attendance and Performance (this is a W2 full-time position).
Pharmacy Technician Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Registered Pharmacy Technician with Texas State Board of Pharmacy
