This is the next Pharm Tech role for you!Location : Aurora, CO 80045Pay Rate : $21.24 per hourPosition Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Technician for a 100% onsite position in Aurora, Colorado. This is a 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension up to one year.Key Responsibilities : Answer incoming calls from members, providers, and others, providing professional and courteous phone assistance.Transfer clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist as required.Assist with the prior authorization process, data entry, and filling of prescriptions.Provide support to walk-in patients and assist with other functions as directed by the site leader.Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation of approvals, denials, and communications.Required Qualifications : Location and Licensing Information : Must be in or around Aurora, Colorado.Include a screenshot of the license on top of the resume.Must have State Certification (National Certification is preferred but not required).Colorado issues a provisional technician license valid for 18 months to allow time for national certification.Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician.Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities in an administrative support function.Prior experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center work is preferred.Skills : Advanced computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.Excellent written and verbal customer service skills.Education Requirements : A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM.Training hours may vary.Additional Information : This is an in-person, patient-facing role.
