Key Responsibilities :
Develop and deliver individualized therapy programs to improve patients' mobility and well-being.
Collaborate with the Director of Rehab to manage clinical operations and ensure top-quality care.
Mentor and support therapy staff to foster professional growth and clinical excellence.
Oversee therapy services to maintain compliance with state practice guidelines.
Adapt treatment plans according to each patient’s specific needs and goals.
Lead training sessions and contribute to the development of mentorship and student programs.
Make referrals to other healthcare disciplines as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications :
Education & Licensing :
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (or U.S.-equivalent international degree).
Experience :
Preferably four years of experience, with a focus on long-term care.
Knowledge :
Strong understanding of Medicare and third-party billing requirements.
Ability to practice Physical Therapy per state guidelines.
