Product Manager for Infusion Pumps Compensation
- The pay for this position is $38.19 – $41.67 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Product Manager for Infusion Pumps Responsibilities
- Function as a subject matter expert for core teams, downstream marketing, and regions.
- Serve as the commercial lead on software projects by executing QMS and GPDS deliverables and communicating customer and patient needs.
- Drive product enhancements, integrations, and continuity for the on-market portfolio.
- Help define the portfolio strategy and roadmap for the BD Infusion platform.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback, translating them into actionable product requirements.
- Lead market research and build global launch/commercialization plans to support product success.
- Create evidence generation plans to support strong, differentiated messaging.
- Develop and update financial models to communicate project revenue and market assessments.
- Deliver impactful presentations to leadership meetings and town halls.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate leadership within the Marketing department.
Product Manager for Infusion Pumps Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 5 years in product management, marketing, or equivalent experience in the medical device sector.
- Upstream marketing experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%).
- Able to work in a matrix environment and handle competing priorities.
- Experience with medical devices or software solutions preferred, especially in the biotech industry.
- Ability to develop business cases, build launch plans, and analyze data for commercial strategies.
