Title : Programmer Analyst V
Location : Lansing, MI (Hybrid – Mon & Tue onsite, Wed, Thu, & Fri remote)

We are seeking a Software Developer passionate about creating performant, usable, and accessible digital experiences. This position will join a small team of Developers focused on continuing to build out custom applications and capabilities, working closely with Business Stakeholders and Product Owners to understand needs and provide innovative solutions to complex business problems. This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills. General job duties will include :
- Collaborating with stakeholders to derive and write functional requirements and specifications
- Developing application logic in both a .NET service tier, as well as an Angular frontend
- Creating data access logic in Entity Framework and MS SQL
