Job Summary :
We are seeking a QC Associate I to join our team in San Diego, CA. This role involves the accurate and timely testing of QC samples following standard protocols and operating procedures, including flow cytometry. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing their daily workload, working independently, and participating in data review and documentation. Responsibilities :
- Train and become proficient in relevant techniques, equipment, and software for testing, data analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct routine QC tests under supervision according to protocols or operating procedures.
- Prioritize daily workload and develop the ability to work independently.
- Analyze data, report test results, and complete necessary documentation and database entries.
- Calibrate and maintain equipment, reporting any issues to the QC Supervisor or Manager.
- Maintain logs and required documentation as needed.
- Prepare supplies and reagents and assist with laboratory maintenance.
- Promote a safe work environment and contribute to safety programs.
- Participate in cross-training and group or department teams and projects.
- Other related duties and assignments as required.
