Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to provide mobile X-ray and EKG (if applicable) services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other clinical environments. This role is essential for delivering quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in various care settings.
Key Responsibilities
Radiography : Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment. Transmit images to a Radiologist for interpretation.
Equipment Handling : Transport and unload portable X-ray equipment from company-provided vehicles and safely move it into facilities for patient exams.
EKG (If Required) : Perform EKG exams and transmit results to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
Documentation : Accurately scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents per company protocol.
Communication : Maintain professional communication with management, dispatch, peers, and clients.
Additional Duties : Fulfill other responsibilities as outlined in the company handbook or assigned by management.
Shift
- Wednesday - Saturday, 12 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM
State Licensure Reimbursement
Physical Demands
Ability to push / pull equipment weighing between 50 - 100 lbs., utilizing vehicle ramps and pulleys when necessary.
Techs may push / pull equipment within facilities up to 16 to 24 times per day.
Qualifications & Requirements
State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (reimbursement available after 90 days).
Proficiency with portable imaging equipment and safe handling protocols.
Ability to deliver clinically diagnostic and technically competent imaging results.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
