Remote Behavioral Health Crisis Specialist

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Fully Remote Behavioral Health Professional Fully Remote! We’re looking for a compassionate individual to provide clinical information and education for both inbound and outbound calls, triaging behavioral health crisis calls using established protocols and independent professional judgment. This is a full-time, 40 hour a week position!

Behavioral Health Professional Compensation

·         The pay for this position is $28.00-$30.00 per hour

·         Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

·         A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Behavioral Health Professional Highlights

·         This position is a contract assignment with potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs

Shift Details:

·         Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm Arizona Time

·         Overtime as needed

Behavioral Health Professional Responsibilities

·         Answer incoming telephone calls and triage behavioral health needs.

·         Document calls and actions using standard computer software applications.

·         Provide resource information and education to non-licensed behavioral health staff.

·         Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to facilitate care.

·         Promote recovery concepts and inspire hope.

·         Collaborate with internal and external agency personnel to meet caller needs.

·         Conduct professional assessments and interventions within licensure scope.

·         Educate callers on behavioral health topics.

Behavioral Health Professional Requirements

o   Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master's degree preferred.

o   Experience: 2-4 years of behavioral health experience in crisis intervention, case management, therapy, assessment/intake, or related areas.

o   Skills:

·         Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and/or data entry systems).

·         Excellent data entry, typing, and call documentation skills.

·         Strong active listening and customer service abilities.

·         Experience in telephonic counseling or a managed care setting preferred.

Licensure/Certification (Required - must have one of the following):

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologist
• Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC)
• Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
• Licensed Associate Substance Abuse Counselor (LASAC)
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Registered Nurse (RN)
