- The pay for this position is $48.29 per hour

- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
- Fully remote roleSenior Financial Analyst ResponsibilitiesFinance / Accounting :
- Lead the month-end close process, including expense (AP) tracking, accrual bookings, and variance commentary
- Manage quarterly reforecasting and annual planning by consulting with Sales Leaders to ensure cost centers are adequately funded
- Act as the liaison between external vendors, procurement, accounts payable, accounting, and (SCOE) operationsData Analytics and Reporting :
- Analyze, explain, and present month-end & quarter-end performance results to external vendors and internal teams
- Identify trends and advise senior management on budget needs and cost-saving opportunities
- Provide oversight of financial models and dashboards, enhancing existing business models to guide future decisions
- Conduct research and analytical support for internal customers, including financial and data analysisProject Work :
- Support internal stakeholders in developing and reviewing annual business cases, validating cost and benefits
- Serve as the SCOE Finance point of contact for special projectsSenior Financial Analyst Requirements
- BA in Accounting or Finance
- 10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance (accrual accounting)
- 8 years of experience managing large budgets ($100M )
- 8 years of experience supporting senior-level leadership
- 8 years of experience performing data analytics
- 8 years of experience reporting financial results to internal stakeholders (budget vs actual variances)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysSenior Financial Analyst Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technically savvy and detail-oriented
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of GAAP Accounting and best practices
