Senior HCM Business Analyst Highlights
The pay for this position is $67.00-$75.00 per hour.
40 hrs / week, Days
Onsite to begin, with the potential for hybrid work as the implementation evolves.
This position is a contract position.
Responsibilities
Lead the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday as the primary Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
Ensure Workday is implemented to meet the organization’s HR needs while optimizing operational efficiency.
Advise HR teams on how to align their business processes with Workday capabilities.
Collaborate with IT, Workday, and HR teams to bridge gaps and troubleshoot issues.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for Workday implementation.
Drive successful system adoption and ensure a smooth transition to Workday.
Requirements
Workday HCM Core and / or Recruiting certification (strongly preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience with HCM system implementations, particularly with Workday and PeopleSoft.
Proven expertise in working with HR teams to optimize business processes using Workday.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
Local candidates highly preferred (within 60-mile radius). Non-local candidates are considered.

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
