Title : Software Test Analyst VLocation : Lansing, MI (Hybrid – 2-days onsite per week)Note : This role is NOT open to C2C or 3rd party candidatesThe Software Test Analyst V will support multiple software development projects, acting as a tester and analyst for various in-flight projects. The Software Test Analyst V will work in an Agile environment to write and execute use cases, test plans, and develop testing scripts for custom .NET web applications.Ideal candidates for this role must have senior-level (5 years) experience and proficiency in : Designing and executing manual and automated test casesAPI testing and tools like Postman, Rest Client, and othersWriting SQL and P-SQL queriesADA Compliance testing tools, such as AccVerify, JAWS, etc.Understanding the Secure Application Development Lifecycle (SADLC), software testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes (Quality Assurance, User Acceptance, System Integration, Accessibility, Performance, Regression, Post Deployment Validation, Data Conversion)Working in build environments (DEV, UAT, QAT, PRE-PROD), and with specific test suites within integrated application lifecycle managementJava and JavaScript developmentIssue tracking and defect managementGenerating and documenting test plans and strategies, including generating testing reports and metricsGenerating and acquiring test dataCollaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design test casesWorking independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, Agile development environmentStrong interpersonal written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications : Experience with industry standard automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Provar, Katalon, etc.)Experience using Azure DevOps Testing ModuleExperience with Mobile App testing of iOS and Android applicationsKnowledge of performance and load testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunnerA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant fieldNote : This role is NOT open to C2C or 3rd party candidates
