This is a hybrid role with both remote and onsite work.If you are interested in this System Architect position, please contact Austin Faris at 586-710-7941 or afaris@alinestaffing.com.System Architect Compensation : The pay rate for this position is $95 per hour.Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with one year of service on our eligibility dates.System Architect Highlights : This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs.The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM.System Architect Responsibilities : Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Office 365 solutions, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and other services.Provide technical leadership and consulting across all phases of the project lifecycle.Implement and manage Intune for Office 365.Conduct system reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.Develop and present solutions to stakeholders, including C-level executives.Lead customer communication and collaboration migrations.Ensure best practices and industry standards are followed in architecture and implementation.System Architect Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Design, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical solutions development using Microsoft platforms.Minimum of 3 years of experience in solutions consulting, from requirements gathering to implementation and operations.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, and Microsoft System Center.Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Unified Messaging, and PowerShell scripting is a plus.Certifications such as Office 365 MCSA, MCSE : Messaging, or Microsoft Certified Architect are preferred.Strong communication skills and the ability to present solutions to a variety of audiences.If you think this System Architect position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me—feel free to call, email, or apply to this posting!
