Exciting Opportunity : Technical Writer (Clinical Focus)

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer with a focus on clinical workflows to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to improving the healthcare experience for clinicians and members nationwide. If you're passionate about healthcare and technical writing, this is the role for you!

Technical Writer Highlights

Pay : $25.86 / hr
Schedule : Full-time between 7am-7pm Monday to Friday, remote (CST / EST time zones preferred).
Location : Remote, but candidates can be onsite in Dallas if preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers, product managers, UX designers, and other SMEs to create clear, accurate implementation requirements.

Contribute to the development and optimization of clinical workflows, focusing on clinician experience, documentation integrity, and the overall member experience.

Work with a small development team to implement clinical content logic and ensure efficiency and accuracy in clinical workflows.

Regularly create and maintain technical documentation, including release notes, FAQs, change logs, and reference materials for varied internal and external audiences.

Attend daily standups and sprint planning for clinical workflow projects.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, medical writing, or clinical editing (clinical data integrity experience is a plus).

Strong ability to translate complex clinical and technical information into simple, engaging content.

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field.

Relevant writing samples are required.

A short writing exam will be required to complete your application, will be provided once we connect!
