Warehouse Operations Compensation
- The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour
Warehouse Operations Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
• Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS.
• Report discrepancies between the inventory count and shipping/receiving documents.
• Ensure every effort is made to load/off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and impedes
damage.
• Locates and retrieves products as well as replenishes picking locations.
• Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as
required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.
Warehouse Operations Qualifications
Education and Experience: HS DIPLOMA/GED PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED.
Experience:
• 1 year of relevant experience, required in lieu of High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with multiple types of MHE- Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counterbalance (slip and
clamp), and Dock Stocker, preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
• Required to operate MHE and use an RF scanner.
• Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• General distribution knowledge.
• Proficient in the use of a PC.
• Strong initiative and drive for results.
