Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience $52-$55/hr
Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
401(k) with company match offered after 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with the potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Rotating weekends and on-call included
Responsibilities
Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines
Maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and care
Assess patient safety, procedure requirements, and physical and physiological comfort
Monitor and adjust procedures as necessary
Coordinate daily imaging schedules and procedures
Maintain accurate documentation of imaging procedures and patient records
Stay current with trends, advances, and innovations in clinical practice and healthcare technology
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Education: Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School
Licenses/Certifications:
NJ State RT License
ARRT Certification
BLS Certification
Experience:
1–3 years’ experience as an X-Ray Technician
Skills:
Knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment and troubleshooting
Current understanding of clinical practices, healthcare informatics, and technology developments
Strong initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
