A-Line’s Mechanic team is looking for a hands-on, solution-driven expert to keep our machinery, trucks, and trailers in tip-top shape. What You’ll Be Up To:
- Fix and Maintain: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of equipment including vehicles, trucks, trailers, material handlers and industrial equipment.
- Diagnose Problems: Use your mechanical know-how and diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues, fix engines, transmissions, and get equipment back in action.
- Preventive Maintenance: Ensure trucks, trailers, and machinery meet U.S. DOT safety standards through regular inspections and proactive care.
- Hands-On Work: Roll up your sleeves and dive into hands-on repairs — replacing parts, rebuilding systems, and keeping the gears turning.

What We’re Looking For:
- A strong mechanic with experience fixing heavy machinery, trucks, and industrial equipment — someone who loves troubleshooting and finding solutions.
- A team player who takes pride in their work and knows how to get things done efficiently.
- Bonus points for any certifications in diesel mechanics, automotive repair, safety, hydraulics, or welding.
- A valid driver’s license — CDL? Even better!
Physical & Work Conditions:
- Ready to work both indoors and outdoors, come rain or shine — including extreme heat, wind, rain, and even snow.
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, bending, stooping, and using hand-eye coordination to fix things.
- Some weekends and overtime may be required — we work hard, but we play hard too!
