A-List Models and Talent (AMT), a faith-based, inclusive model and talent agency, is seeking a driven Sales Operations Director to share leadership of the agency’s operations and growth. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial professional passionate about the modeling and talent industry, client relationships, and achieving business success. The agency is currently undergoing restructuring, so adaptability and a proactive mindset are essential. The position offers an immediate start, a salary if revenue goals are met, and the possibility of a percentage of agency revenue generated. Additionally, the role offers the potential for profit shares as the agency continues to expand and the opportunity to grow into a COO position.
The ideal candidate is someone who has always dreamed of starting their own agency, now with the opportunity to step into an established agency with over 31 years in business. They must understand and accept AMT’s vision and moral standards, ensuring alignment with the agency’s values.
Key Responsibilities :
- Agency Leadership : Co-lead day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in talent management, client relations, and service delivery. Be responsible for opening and closing the agency. Collaborate with the other co-director and department heads to ensure that all divisions are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Revenue Generation : Expand client relationships, drive new business, and enhance agency revenue through initiatives like scouting, AMT Reviews, fashion shows, bookings, and productions. New ideas for revenue generation will gladly be discussed and considered.
- Talent Relations & PR : Manage talent relations and public relations with professionalism, addressing concerns, reviews, and public feedback to protect and elevate the agency's reputation. Oversee client and talent communications regarding refunds, collections owed to us from talent clients, and invoicing businesses transparently and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
- Financial Oversight : Lead the oversight of financial processes such as invoicing, collections, and expense tracking. Ensure clear communication of financial information to the appropriate professionals, maintaining proper business compliance and record-keeping. This role will coordinate with external finance professionals or accountants to ensure all financial matters are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Talent Acquisition : Scout and secure new talent, working with models, actors, and singers to build a robust and diverse roster.
- Booking : Assist in securing casting opportunities in TV / film, commercials, industrials, fashion shows, print, brand deals, and singing opportunities for models and talent. Submit and book talent while maintaining an organized client database.
- Relationship Management : Cultivate partnerships with designers, casting directors, advertising agencies, and production companies to secure new bookings and work for talent.
- Event Management : Organize and assist in executing events, including fashion shows, workshops, and industry networking sessions.
- Team Leadership : Create and guide the sales and operations team to achieve monthly revenue and performance targets.
Note : While this role includes some administrative tasks, these responsibilities are minimal and not time-consuming, allowing you to focus on high-impact initiatives for growth and client engagement.
