Job Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and in alignment with the physician’s plan of care.
Deliver ROM and strength training, therapeutic activities and exercises, manual treatments, and adaptive techniques.
Educate patients and families on home safety and medical equipment usage to improve daily living activities.
Complete follow-up visits after OT evaluations and ensure continuity of care.
Pay:
$60-$65 per visit (45-minute visits)
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in home health is preferred but not required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License.
Valid California Driver’s License with reliable transportation and insurance.
