Occupational Therapist Job Description / Requirements :
Evaluation / Treatment of Patients in their home.
Assist in evaluating the level of function and in developing the plan of care.
Evaluate the home environment and makes appropriate recommendations
- This is an independent contractor position and the pay is $90-110 per visit. Potential to make $150,000- 180,000 yearly.
We are hiring in multiple locations across southern California for PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA : such as Los Angeles, Van Nuys, Simi Valley, Northridge, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Santa Monica, Culver city, Inglewood, Southgate, East LA, Down-town LA, South LA, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Diamond Bar, Hollywood, Beverly Hills.
Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County : Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Rialto, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Temecula, Corona, Huntington beach, Newport, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton, Irvine.
