This is an independent contractor position and the pay is $95-120 per visit. Potential to make $150,000- 180,000 yearly.

Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County: Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Diamond Bar, Rialto, Riverside, Colton, Moreno Valley, Temecula, Corona, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Newport.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Current CA Physical Therapy (PT) License
- Valid California Driver's License/ with transportation insurance
