Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to the overall positive experience for our customers.
Duties
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately using a POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision
- Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Utilize effective communication skills to address customer concerns
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or cashier roles is preferred
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent service
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with product upselling techniques
