Boat Detailer/Ceramic Installer

A&M Ceramic Coating is looking to expand our team. We have an opening for a ceramic coating installer and detailer. Opportunities to join Management.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of ceramic coating
• Provide thorough yacht wash services, ensuring all yachts are cleaned to high standards.
• Most be able to use a high speed rotary buffer.
• Execute buffing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance and protect paint surfaces.
• Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.
• Ceramic Coating experience is a HUGE plus.

Qualifications:

• The preferred candidate will be detail-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Have a positive attitude.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Timely and accurate completion of work.
• Working safely at all times and working well with others.
• Experience preferred but will train, have basic knowledge of boats.
• Must be able to travel.
• Work outside.
• Have to be able to swim and not afraid of heights.
• Looking for full-time Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
