Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
Use your skills to create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and assist with policy changes.
Educate, advise, and cross-sell clients.
Utilize your attention to detail to issue insurance documentation, update client information, and assist with payments.
Answer client questions, problem-solve, and follow up.
Policy Renewal : Coordinate and facilitate policy renewals and amendments in alignment with clients' current needs.
Collaboration : Work closely with team members and carrier underwriters to develop insurance packages.

Requirement

Customer Service experience is required, and Insurance experience is a plus!

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver.

A team player who is detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize.

Professionally, conduct yourself in all communication, including via phone, email, and face-to-face communication.

2-5 years of relevant industry experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.

Professional appearance.

High initiative and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Clean criminal background history.

Salary : $39,520 - $70,000
