What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Packer position at A.M. Leonard?
Our packing team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality preparation of our customers' orders. Equipment experience is preferred but training is available.
This team is measured on safety, quality, timeliness, and attendance.
As we promote a strong team environment, associates in the Distribution Center will be cross-trained in a multitude of roles including pick / pack, motor freight, receiving, and material services.
This team will work between 45-50 hours on the first shift Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays (typically four hours) during peak season, and 40-45 hours outside of peak season.
This position pays at $16.44 an hour plus .75 an hour attendance
