Job Description:

Main Responsibilities

• Bone and cut meat according to customer specifications.
• Operate power saws, band saws, knives, and other equipment effectively.

Leadership Role:

• Provide guidance and direction to staff members on the production floor.
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, including grinding burgers and fulfilling customer orders.
