Requirements:
• Experience as an Applications Architect. (4 years)
• Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, ASP.NET, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with low-code platforms and PaaS/SaaS application development (including Power Platform, Airtable, and Monday.com).
• Experience with information technology consultation services.
• Experience with Ariba Spend Management and MyFloridaMarketPlace.
• Experience with State Term Contracts and government procurement processes.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in SAP Business Network and related technologies.
• Experience in developing and managing information technology scopes of work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage IT staff augmentation services for projects in accordance with State Term Contracts.
• Develop and manage scopes of work for IT consultation services.
• Coordinate and manage RFQ processes, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines.
• Work with Ariba Spend Management to ensure accurate tracking and management of services.
• Ensure timely submission and management of responses to procurement events.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery of IT services.
•Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring that they meet contractual obligations and deliverables.
