Position Summary:

A-MAX Insurance is seeking a Junior Project Manager/Designer to join their fast-growing, innovative company in Dallas, Texas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth by managing projects and applying design skills for space planning and signage. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, creative, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, adaptable, and have a positive attitude. A-MAX offers a supportive culture that values diversity, growth, respect, and integrity while fostering individual advancement and rewarding careers. This is a Hybrid Position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

  • Assist in planning and implementing projects.

  • Collaborate with teams to meet objectives within timelines and budgets.

  • Monitor progress, identify issues, and propose solutions.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks.

• Design:

  • Create space plans and floor designs.

  • Develop MEP drawings and oversee store signage aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Stay updated on design trends and techniques.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Ensure city and state regulations are followed.

  • Maintain project documentation and generate reports on progress.

  • Analyze data for improvements and manage signage budgets.

Position Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Design, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience or coursework in project management and/or design preferred.

• Proficiency in floor plan design software (CAD, Sketch- up or similar tools) and project management software/tools.

• Experience with electronic mail and calendar; Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation/graphics software applications. Smartsheet and Monday.com a plus.
