Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction operations, including coordinating subcontractors and materials
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building and site layout plans
- Maintain accurate and complete project records, including field revisions and notes
- Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and other stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all seasons
- Familiarity with building and site layout processes, blueprints, and construction schedules
