Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 5-10 years of commercial construction experience.
- 'Ground up' or 'start-to-finish' commercial construction expertise.
- Possession of personal hand tools and ability to perform elementary carpentry skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for effective project management.
- Knowledge of building and site layout processes, including blueprint interpretation and construction scheduling.
- Maintenance of accurate project documentation, including field revisions and notes.
- Coordination of subcontractors and related inspections.
- Regular updates and monitoring of construction progress.
- Maintenance of strict control over accuracy, quality, and conformance to plans and specs.
- Coordination of subcontractor work scopes and overall project quality control.
- Material deliveries coordination.
- Review and analysis of site and building plans for compliance with plan specifications.
- Ability to walk job sites, lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds, and work outdoors in various seasons.
