- Ensure accurate and complete project documents, including field revisions and notes.
- Coordinate subcontractors and schedule related inspections.
- Maintain strict control over quality, accuracy, and conformance to plans and specs for subcontracts and supplier's work.
- Review and analyze site and building plans to ensure compliance with plan specifications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of commercial construction experience.
- Possession of personal hand tools and ability to perform elementary carpentry skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with project managers and owners.
- General computer skills.
Work Environment:
The Commercial Construction Superintendent will be required to walk job sites, lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds on occasion, and work outdoors during all seasons.
