ROLE: This role is to be a production lead with the A Mighty Lamb Production team in San Francisco. The Talent Booker & Production Lead is responsible for coordinating and executing Breaking Sound events and showcases. The team strives to ensure all events are rewarding and memorable for performers, along with a great experience for audiences.
POSITION TITLE: Production Lead
LOCATION: San Francisco
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Artist Services
- Responsible for all day of show communication to artists
- Assist in ticket services and box office at the venue
- Attend showcases to assist with event operations and act as artist liaison
- Responsible for all pre and post-show communications with artists
- Assist Head of Music with related tasks and assignments as needed

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Essential:
- Proven interest in music, art, live events, or music festival culture
- Well versed in the SF music scene
- Well organized, process driven and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working to strict deadlines and solving problems under pressure
- Able to wear many hats and take on varied tasks and projects
- Freelance / contractor role - needs to be available on show days up to 8hrs
- efficient with Google spreadsheets
- eager, moves quickly, and takes initiative
- Must be 21 and located in San Francisco
