RESPONSIBILITIES : Duties include one or all of the following tasks as assigned by the Nurse Supervisor :
- Personal Hygiene and Care
- Reading and recording temperature, pulse and respiration
- Mobility
- Elimination / toileting / incontinent care
- Nutrition / Meal Assistance
- House cleaning, including dusting furniture, sweeping, vacuuming and washing floors; kitchen care, including dishes, appliances and counters; bathroom care; emptying and cleaning bedside commode; changing bed linens; washing inside windows within reach.
- Laundry including ironing (only client’s personal laundry)
- Accompany clients to appointments (not transport) and ensure safe return home
- Shopping Assistance
- Reality orientation and sensory stimulation
- Hoyer lift
- Verbal medication reminder
- Practice standard precaution / infection control to prevent cross contamination.
- Other Duties as assigned such as Responsibilities as described in the Emergency Operations
QUALIFICATIONS :
Salary : Based on experience.
