Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Provide toddler/infant care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all children.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Collaborate with special education professionals to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Promote child welfare by ensuring a healthy, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Facilitate physical education activities that encourage motor skills development.
- Engage in early intervention strategies for children who may need additional support.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
Qualifications
- CDA, Associates, or a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education
- Experience in daycare settings or early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for young learners.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and child welfare practices.
- Familiarity with special education principles and early intervention strategies is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
