Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development in various areas such as math, physical education, and language skills
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers
- Foster positive behavior management techniques to promote a positive classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall success of the preschool program
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with parents, caregivers, and staff members
- Proficient in using educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the individual needs of each child
- Ability to provide early intervention strategies for students who may need additional support

Pay: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
