Full service Electrical Contractor, is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to join our growing South Shore operation.
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements but not be limited to :
- 3 Years Project Management Experience in the Construction Industry or Electrical Industry is preferred
- Facilitate the design of labor plans and manpower loading schedules and review weekly reports for productivity.
- Develop and manage high level strategic planning of the labor force.
- Proactively identify and implement strategies to reduce project costs, maximize production and enhance customer relations.
- Ensure quality of work and address any problems or issues related to the project.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, customers, contractors, and other business partners with the objective to secure consistent business.
- Ability to prioritize, and execute multiple tasks effectively with a proven track record of success in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work in a team setting and be a motivating leader.
- Experience with Electrical Estimating programs and Microsoft Word & Excel (Accubid, McCormick, ConEst).
