Role Overview :
As the Fleet Manager, you will play a critical role in restructuring and leading the fleet maintenance department. We are looking for someone with actual mechanical experience who can not only manage the maintenance and repair of our fleet but also inspire and lead a team of mechanics. Your leadership will be instrumental in stabilizing the department and driving continuous improvement in efficiency, organization, and performance.

Leadership & Coordination :
- Restructure and elevate the fleet maintenance department to operate at a high level of performance.
- Provide hands-on leadership, developing and leading mechanics by fostering growth and skill development.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
- Motivate and inspire the team, building morale while maintaining high performance standards.
- Lead by example, being a direct, organized, and hands-on leader who can drive results and accountability.
