Strong proficiency in spreadsheet management, document creation, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute for degree)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources roles
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across departments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
