We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Trainer to lead and enhance staff training programs at our shelter. In this role, you will ensure employees are fully equipped to meet all requirements, licensing standards, and organizational policies. You’ll play a key role in identifying training needs, updating materials, and coaching staff to maintain compliance and high performance. Pay: $63,648.00/yearly
Shift & Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
*Some early mornings or evenings based on staff needs

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the development and implementation of training and coaching.
Excellent public speaking skills/ comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
Bi-lingual in Spanish
Compliance/Requirements:
Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
Current Auto Liability Insurance
Clean 39 Month Motor Vehicle Record
Must Be At Least 21 Years of Age
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Review the work of colleagues as needed to identify compliance issues and provide coaching or training.
Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
Attend all organizational required training.
Create, identify, and attend workshops that will enhance professional skills deemed appropriate by the Director or Site Director.
Work with program leadership to review potential compliance red flags or risks.
Understand the processes and procedures of staff to enhance knowledge of future training needs.
Become familiar with contractor policies to ensure all training needs are met.
Ensure trainees/employees are in compliance with all required training based on the requirements and licensing.
Review and update training based on policies and procedures.
Partner with management to assess employee training.
