Patient and Community Engagement Coordinator

Job Overview
The Patient Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all patients which includes their first interaction with A'nis Aesthetics to following up with them after their appointment. This position involves managing patient interactions, coordinating services, facilitating communication between patients and staff. Along with needed tasks in regards to patient engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services and programs.
• Coordinate and manage patients appointments to ensure a smooth patient flow.
• Follow up with patients post appointment to ensure satisfaction with the services performed.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, sales, events and engage with the community.
• Act on behalf of A'nis Aesthetics as a vendor at local events to promote services to potential patients.
• Collect research data to assess patient satisfaction and program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a spa or medspa or a related field is preferred.
• Strong skills in social media management to enhance community engagement.
• Excellent public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to collect and analyze research data for program improvement.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
