- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of student services programs through data analysis and feedback collection.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education Administration, Social Work, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in education teaching or administration.
- Strong skills in budgeting and financial management within an educational context.
- Demonstrated ability in curriculum development tailored to meet diverse student needs.
- Experience in recruiting and managing staff within an educational setting.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in grant proposal writing and reporting.

- Experience with crisis intervention, case management, or community organizing
