Short decision-making processes and open communication YOUR JOB As an Allrounder, you’ll really be all round the hostel.

You’ll be working across reception, housekeeping, kitchen and our café bar. We’re looking for someone that wants to grow their skills in different parts of the business.

• Ensuring all our guests enjoy their stay at a&o;, you will cater to their needs and answer their questions - At the bar, you’ll serve hot and cold drinks and snacks, as well as to prepare drinks & cocktails.
• In the kitchen, you’ll be preparing breakfasts and dinners (buffet style). Ensuring that our guest are satisfied and that hygiene-standards are always kept YOUR PROFILE - The interaction in our guests is fun for you, you like to be a host - Independent way of working;
